Should have up to date knowledge on the validation requirements, practices and procedures.

Must possess good technical writing ability.

Should have knowledge to study, isometric, P&ID and as built drawings.

Responsibilities

Must write validation protocols and reports.

Should perform activities relating to validation such as thermal studies, cleaning, equipment and utility validation.

In order to execute protocol, they should often interact with the manufacturing sciences and other engineering departments.

Write master plans relating to any specified projects and conduct meetings to execute the validation plan.

Design and write summaries for regulatory compliances.

Job responsibilities often vary as the validation engineer may be responsible for process validation of biological proceeds, method validation, sterility validation, Cleaning and shipping validations etc.

Skills Required:

Doctor’s degree in biological science with a major in botany, zoology, biology, chemistry, embryology, biochemistry or relevant field in the undergraduate degree course.

Flair for research in the field of biotechnology involving genetic research.

Must be able to co-ordinate and talk to other scientist of the field.

Should have good cleanliness habits and highly safe standards.

Responsibilities:

Understand and work with a precise and highly complex subject matter.

Must extend their work timings in case of need in special projects.

Responsibilities vary from field to field as Genetic Engineering Research is found in the agricultural, medical, and private industrial fields.

Skills required  for a Cells Research Technician:

A person choosing this job should  have degree in the Biology field with HND or HNC with adequate laboratory exposure.

Experience with research on plants  or molecular biology of plants is  must.

Should know to accurately and effectively deliver  solutions to media , solutions related to plant biotechnology research.

Exceptional organization and communication skills.

Must handle data’s with topmost analytical know how.
