Skills Required:

  • Knowledge on insurance statutes and regulations within the area.
  • A degree in business or management discipline.
  • Ability to work with desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and knowledge in intranet and internet functionalities.
  • Must have demonstrated adequate experience in specialized area of insurance such as medical, crop, property, casualty etc.


  • Performing loss adjustment calculations inclusive of coordination of reported loss in the particular state.
  • Audit losses, provides resolution for customer related problems to claim staffs and the insurance agents.
  • Provide technical expertise for all loss relating to software’s and internet programs.
  • Track and audit adjuster proficiency to assist management in the job of finding evaluator’s proficiency.
  • Delivering training in claim management to field staff.
  • Should coordinate and work as team with the claim staffs to enable a smoother service of claim processing.
