- Knowledge on insurance statutes and regulations within the area.
- A degree in business or management discipline.
- Ability to work with desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and knowledge in intranet and internet functionalities.
- Must have demonstrated adequate experience in specialized area of insurance such as medical, crop, property, casualty etc.
- Performing loss adjustment calculations inclusive of coordination of reported loss in the particular state.
- Audit losses, provides resolution for customer related problems to claim staffs and the insurance agents.
- Provide technical expertise for all loss relating to software’s and internet programs.
- Track and audit adjuster proficiency to assist management in the job of finding evaluator’s proficiency.
- Delivering training in claim management to field staff.
- Should coordinate and work as team with the claim staffs to enable a smoother service of claim processing.
