- Prime most responsibility is to improve the sales of the company by promoting products to the retail outlets , explaining about the benefits and cost comparison which in turn brings more sales and profit to the company.
- Retail Assistant manager has to train the work force / or team under his guidance and help them achieve the goals of the company. He/she is responsible for helping the team members achieve the goals and also teach customer friendly attitude to the members which will bring more sales and profits to the company.
- Retail assistant manager is responsible for finding and appointing merchandise for his/her company products.
- Submit reports to the General manager of the company.

- Computer skills such as Ms-Office would be ideal to get this job.
- This job demands more traveling, you may have frequently visit retail stores, you should have a mind set to work at various timings.
